Week 1
Consult with a Mortgage Broker (ask us for some great recommendations!) to get an idea of your price range, and get a standard pre-approval letter.
Weeks 1-4+
Mark your Top 5 Favorites in your portal. Determine the best time/day of the week to meet and see homes. Request a Tour.
Day 1
Once you find the right home, make an offer!
Negotiate with Sellers.
Offer Accepted!
Day 1-10
Attend your home inspection to learn everything you can about your new home. Discover any defects you weren't aware of.
Day 10-15
Negotiate repairs or seller's assist or accept home "as-is"
Day 5 and Day 15
Send deposit monies to be "Held in Escrow" by Seller's Real Estate company.
Weeks 3-4
Work with Mortgage company to give all paperwork needed in order to close. Title will do title search during this time to clear title. Sign Closing Disclosure 3 days before closing, and Start Packing
