A Night of Community, Connection & Giving Back
This year’s Annual Sip N’ Swap at Compass Wayne, hosted by the Kerry Carr Team, was nothing short of inspiring. What started as an opportunity to refresh closets for spring turned into an evening filled with connection, generosity, and meaningful impact for a powerful cause.
From the moment guests arrived, the space was full with energy. Friends, clients, and community members gathered to sip, shop, and swap—bringing with them thoughtfully curated clothing and household items ready for a second life. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with light bites, drinks, and conversations flowing throughout the evening.
At the heart of this year’s event was our partnership with Philadelphia Flying Phoenix, with a special focus on their Breast Cancer Survivor Crew, Against the Wind. This incredible group embodies resilience, strength, and the power of community—values that were deeply felt throughout the event. Being able to support an organization that uplifts and empowers breast cancer survivors made the night even more meaningful for everyone involved.
Thanks to the generosity of our attendees, we collected an incredible number of donations. Following the event, all remaining items were professionally transported by our partner, Olympia Moving, to a local resale store. Proceeds from these items will directly benefit breast cancer survivor organizations, helping fund programs that provide support, wellness, and empowerment to those who need it most.
Events like Sip N’ Swap are a reminder of what makes our community so special. It’s not just about real estate—it’s about relationships, connection, and creating opportunities to give back in meaningful ways. Seeing so many people come together with a shared purpose is what continues to inspire us year after year.
